Bioelectrical impedance analysis is an initial inventory of your body and is carried out regularly to document your successes.
The measurement method’s of our whole body analysis is very precise and provides comprehensive information about the body composition – body fat, lean mass, extracellular body mass (blood and tissue fluid), body cell mass (muscle and organ mass) and total body water.
Individualfull bodytraining
With a full-body training, the athlete trains all muscles as one unit – i.e. the whole body.
For example in a strength/endurance circuit. Some exercises are functional, others come from crossfit.
Split training is more suitable for advanced athletes.
Mobility training
Mobility training is more than just improving passive mobility through isolated muscle stretching. Mobility training combines posture and movement training with complex stretching exercises, stabilizing strength exercises and active mobilization exercises.
