Personal fitness training is for everyone

Fitness training for all ages and all levels. For years, I’ve been supporting many people with a wide variety of motivations: from seniors to competitive athletes, everyone is involved. My youngest clients are babies in the water, and my oldest client will turn 90 this year.

I adapt specifically to my clients to support them as best as possible in achieving their goals.

In the first session, we’ll analyze your fitness, goals, and desires together. Then we’ll develop a plan and get started. On our journey together, we’ll celebrate milestones, adapt your program, and get closer to your goal.

My clients are as diverse as their training: Through constant communication, we can always flexibly adapt the training location and time.

No matter your fitness level or how ambitious you want to be, your goals become mine. My concept always sees you and your goals as a whole. Because: Only those who are fit in terms of nutrition can also make great leaps in training. With a good dose of fun, every session becomes an experience. The Success Method

01 | Endurance Training

During physical exertion, the heart beats more frequently and pumps more blood to the body—this trains the heart muscle. Endurance training aims to improve your fitness and trains the body to perform over a longer period of time. Endurance training is not only good for fitness but also strengthens the cardiovascular system.

02 | Strength

Strength training is defined as physical training with the goal of achieving physical changes, such as increasing strength capabilities or increasing muscle mass. Strength training plays an important role in functional bodybuilding and strength sports, as well as in medical strengthening therapy.

03 | Mobility

Flexibility training is an important component of health and fitness. Exercises such as yoga, Pilates, and stretching improve joint mobility, prevent injuries, and correct imbalances. With clear goals and simple everyday exercises, flexibility can be specifically promoted.

My name is David Steffes. I was born an athlete in 1984

my parents were successful runners, thus passing on some of my talent to me. I gained my first experience at a swimming club at an early age and began my soccer career at the age of 9. In between, I gained my first experience as a triathlete before focusing entirely on running at the age of 15.

During my school year abroad in Colorado, USA, in 2001, I first encountered strength training in a gym and have been a hybrid athlete ever since. I understood the importance of strength AND endurance training paired with flexibility training, and it has been a part of my life ever since.

In the meantime, I also devoted myself to soccer again, but my running shoes were always handy and I trained permanently in a gym. I am now an ambitious Hyrox athlete and performance coach.

In 2018, I finally became self-employed as a personal fitness trainer and nutritionist, focusing on training people wherever they need me.

My Rolling Gym was the first mobile gym in Europe. Seven years later, I proudly opened my first gym at a permanent location. And there are more to come. The Muselgym is the first result of my many years of experience.
